availability the corporate customer is not only asked the number of
attendees and set-up style for the meeting room – but most importantly
the objective of the meeting. Each meeting is planned and designed

State Parks is in the process of developing several Corporate Complete
Meeting Packages or CMPs. The CMP basically includes: dinner on the
night of arrival; accommodations, breakfast & lunch the next day;
meeting room rental; audio visual equipment, an all-day beverage break
with AM & PM snacks and gratuities. Packages can include sportswear,
