High School Golf Team Terms & Conditions

Limited to high school golf seasons of July 15 - October 15 of current season. Both boys and girls. High School pass does cover all players during tryouts. However, after tryouts, coaches must submit the golf roster to the pro shop. Then only roster players are covered on the pass. No more than 9 players on the roster. During the high school season, play is limited to weekdays and after 3 pm on weekends and holidays. Visiting teams who play matches are covered on passes as well as coaches. If coaches are officiating and helping to move play along, the cart fee is waived. However, coaches cannot officiate and play at the same time without paying for cart. Note: During high school golf season, the surcharge is waived for players & coaches, however, coaches must pay for cart. Team passes are only good at park where purchased.

College Golf Team Terms & Conditions

College Golf Season - Spring/Mar, April & May, and Fall/Aug, Sept, and Oct. Coaches for both men and women must submit rosters to golf pro shop. No more than 7 players on college roster. Play is limited to weekdays & after 3:00 PM on weekends and holidays. Surcharge is waived during season. Pass includes coaches, but coaches must pay for cart if he/she chooses to ride.

GOLF CAR PASS DEFINITION TERMS

Private Golf Cart

Privately owned golf cart that is used annually at any state park golf course. Does not include Pennyrile Forest, Pine Mountain, Grayson Lake, Yatesville Lake, Mineral Mound, Dale Hollow Lake, Kincaid Lake and General Burnside.

State Golf Cart Pass

Unlimited use of golf cart at any state golf course. Based upon avilability. Does not include special tournaments or outings.

Rolling Fee

The term that applies to the charge assessed on an individual who owns a private cart and uses it during play but does not purchase the annual private cart pass. Applies to all state park courses except those listed in the Private Golf Cart definition. Those courses do not permit private golf carts.

Trail Fee

The term that applies to the charge assessed on an individual who rides or places his or her clubs on a privately owned cart during play. Excludes spouse and/or children living at home. Private cart pass holders who ride with other private cart pass holders are exempt from trail fee. Applies to all state park courses except those listed in the Private Golf Cart definition. Those courses do not permit private golf carts.
