Lodging
All golf packages are quoted for lodge rooms per person, per night, double occupancy. An extra charge will apply for single occupancy. Cottages can be reserved for golf packages and may include additional charges.
Inclement Weather
If a course is closed due to weather before play starts, golf fees for that day will be refunded. If a course should close after your play begins due to inclement weather, refunds will be made in accordance with the refund policy.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made 8 days prior to scheduled arrival to prevent charges. Refunds will not be allowed for no-shows. Additional charges will apply for same day replay.
Dress Code
Men are required to wear shirts with collars and sleeves (mock turtlenecks are accepted...assuming they have sleeves). Ladies: sleeveless golfing attire for ladies is permitted due to the design of ladies golf wear. Ladies may not wear halter tops or spaghetti straps. The following pertains to all golfers: No cut off shorts of any type and no swimwear.
Terms and Conditions
Authorization to use a credit card for deposit and/or final payment also constitutes the customer's acceptance of these terms and conditions, whether or not he/she has actually signed the appropriate credit voucher or sales draft. Verbal authorization of use of credit card confirms a reservation.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit is required to confirm reservations. Payments in full are required at the time of arrival. Deposits and final payments may be made by cash, major credit card, cashier's check, money order or personal check. Refunds cannot be issued for unused portions of a package once any part of the package has been used.
