Join in the excitement and fun of a Road Rally. Similar to a scavenger hunt, this event is sure to bring you many memories to store and take pictures as you roll from site to site. This event is growing in popularity and quickly becoming one of the most favorite of travelers to participate! A Road Rally is a driving tour in the country, on public roads where groups compete in a very casual setting for points to win prizes. Any street legal vehicle can enter. A minimum of two people per vehicle is required (one driver and one navigator). More people per vahicle is beneficial. Each vechicle is a "TEAM". The objective of the Rally is to have an enjoyable drive in the country while viewing the beauty that nature has to offer! Kenlake's Bowfishing 101

Bowfishing 101 is a FREE introduction to Bowfishing. The event includes a classroom style seminar using power point for questions and answers, and also a HANDS-ON demonstration with instruction for bowfishing. While in the classroom, you will learn about the basic Bowfishing equipment, types of fish to hunt, safe bowfishing practices, the times of the year best suited for bowfishing, different ways to go bowfishing, how to handle the fish after they have been shot, and proper fish cleaning and disposal. You will learn to shoot by means of a simulated hunt situation. Once you are familiar with shooting we'll take you for a target shoot with prizes awarded. In your outing, you will usually be hunting for Carp, Gar, Buffalo, Catfish and Drum. Bowfishing is the fastest growing archery activity today that everyone can participate in. Including men, women, and children, which makes this a great family outing. The agenda is as follows: A meet and greet on Friday, with the seminar beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, with door prizes and awards given out all day. This Saturday is set aside for FREE Fishing in Kentucky. So bring a kid to Kenlake on Saturday, June 6th for a day of fishing fun. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The schedule is as follows: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. fishing, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. lunch and door prize drawings. Once again it is time for a tradition at Kentucky Dam Village State Resort Park. For over three decades they have held a Buffalo Dinner. Our Buffalo dinner includes a variety of Buffalo recipes, chicken and fish, assorted vegetables, salads and a dessert bar. Kenlake's Fall Indoor Tennis Classic B&G 12's & 16

USTA tennis tournament for boys and girls age divisions 12's and 16's (singles divisions only). There is a $30.00 flat fee with a free t-shirt. All USTA tournament rules govern play. The tournament is a full feed-in. A USTA certified referee provided during play. Most matches will begin on Saturday at 8:00a.m. if possible and only after 6:00 p.m. if necessary on Friday evening... This gives players plenty of time to finish school classes and still have time to drive to the tourney. Check with the tournament desk for any questions. Players will be notified as to their fist match play times by Wednesday prior to the weekend.
